50g onion
3g fresh garlic
100g Chobani light Greek yogurt
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt + pepper
2g avocado oil
100g peri peri diced chicken breast
I adjusted the original recipe to fit my personal calories and macros but simply mix everything together and enjoy cold.
It’s perfect for meal prep, hot days or when you can’t be bothered but still want to eat like you’re on holiday!
