Day old rice (store open container)

Chinese sausage

Frozen veggies

Vegetable oil

Soy sauce

Directions

Fried rice recipe

1. Cook rice (preferably the day before and then refrigerate; drier rice are better)

2. Dice the sweet sausages, cut onions into strips/ wedges, and put aside

3. Heat up your pan with vegetable oil; once heated put in the sweet sausages and onions, and fry until golden, season with pepper

4. Put the cooked sausages and onions aside; use the fat from the sausages to fry the frozen vegetables, season with soy sauce, until cooked

5. Put the cooked veggies with the sausages and onions; if there is no fat from sausages left, put some vegetable oil in the pan and then fry the rice

6. Try to separate the rice grains while cooking, season liberally with soy sauce

7. While waiting for the rice to fry, whisk up some eggs in a bowl with a little bit of salt and pepper

8. Add the cooked sausages, onions, and vegetables to the rice and mix in the pan

9. Slowly add the eggs to the pan and scramble them, then mix it with the rest of the rice

10. Garnish with fried onions and serve with soy sauce
