Sautéed Beef with Powder Grilled Rice

10 gram Fresh Basil Leaf
4 sprig Fresh Cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
250 gram Steak
20 gram Roasted Rice Powder
1 clove Garlic
1 Red Chili Pepper
1/2 Long Green Peppers
20 milliliter Distilled White Vinegar
20 milliliter Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Directions
In a pan, sauté Fresh Basil Leaf (10 g) and Fresh Cilantro (4 sprigs) in Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp) in a pan on high heat.
Add the Steak (250 g) on top of basil leaves and cilantro to sear. Flip the steak. Keep on high heat until it turns brown.
Place the steak on a plate. Sprinkle Roasted Rice Powder (20 g) on the steak.
Use a small pot to prepare the sauce: Sauté Garlic (1 clove), Red Chili Pepper (1), and Long Green Peppers (1/2) in hot Cooking Oil (1/2 Tbsp).
Add Distilled White Vinegar (20 mL), Soy Sauce (20 mL), and Granulated Sugar (2 tsp), mix well, then add Salt (1/8 tsp).
Transfer the sauce to a small bowl and serve on the side of the steak. Enjoy!
