2 lbs Flank Steak
1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Sriracha
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
2 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp White Sugar
1/4 Cup Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Whole Dried Cayenne Peppers (heat to taste)
Directions
Trim flank steak of any silver skin or excess fat, then place in the freezer for around 30 minutes so it firms up
Slice flank steak thinly across the grain, then lengthwise into strips
Place sliced flank steak in a 9×13 casserole dish
Mix all other ingredients besides green onions in a bowl and mix well.
Pour over steak and make sure all pieces are coated (mix up with a gloved hand)
Cover with saran wrap, making sure that the plastic touches the mixture
Let marinate in refrigerator overnight
Pan sear until meat is cooked through, then stir in green onions
Serve over rice or cooked and drained ramen noodles
