Lemon Jello Salad

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello

1 1/2 cups water

1 sm can crushed pineapple, drained

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup grated cheese

1 cup cream, whipped

Directions

Dissolve jello in hot water; cool.

Cook crushed pineapple, lemon juice and sugar 3 minutes.

Cool both mixtures until partially firm. Mix together and add grated cheese and whipped cream. Fold into cream mixture and let jell.
