Ingredients:
•2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
•1 tsp salt
•1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
•1 tsp sugar
•2 garlic cloves, minced
•1 tbsp rice vinegar
•1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Instructions:
1.Toss sliced squash with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain excess moisture.
2.Mix gochugaru, garlic, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil into the squash.
3.Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
4.Serve cold as a side dish or banchan.
