Cottage Cheese Wrap, High Protein

Ingredients

Wrap:

  • 400 gr cottage cheese

  • 2 egg whites, or whole eggs

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 4 tbsp Philadelphia, thin layer spread over the wrap

  • 2-3 hands of Spinach

  • 8 cherrie tomatoes, sliced

  • 200-400 gr Mushrooms (oesterzwam), seasoned with Berbere, a bit of shiracha, garlic powder salt and pepper - baked

  • 6-9 slices of bacon, backed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees

Mix and blender all wrap ingredients

Line a baking tray with baking paper and add a tad of oil making sure the wrap won’t stick

Add the wrap dough and spread to a thin layer, just thick enough so that you don’t see the baking paper

Bake for 35-45 minutes until light brown.

Add desired topping, role and enjoy 😊
