1 pound ground meat
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp anchovy paste
2 tbsp dry white or red wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
red pepper flakes
parmesan
12oz pasta
Directions
Process veggies
Sear meat then set aside
Saute processed veggies for 3-4 minutes with red pepper flakes
Add tomato paste and anchovy paste, saute for another minute
Add stock and return meat to pot
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 hours
Add cream
Serve with pasta and top with parmesan
