Ingredients

1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

2 teaspoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons flavored Greek yogurt

Optional honey to drizzle on top

Directions

Microwave blueberries for 60 seconds to soften and let natural juices seep out.

Remove from microwave, stir in chia seeds and allow to set for about 5 minutes. Stir again.

Spread yogurt on toast, top with jammy blueberries, and drizzle any leftover berry liquid and optional honey over the top.
