Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger Wrap

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked macaroni and cheese (homemade or store-bought)

8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Prepare the Burger Patties:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 equal-sized burger patties.

Cook the Burger Patties:

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked to your desired doneness. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Wrap:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of macaroni and cheese in the center of each tortilla. Top with a cooked burger patty, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Wrap:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.

Grill the Wrap:

In the same skillet or grill, melt butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.

Serve:
