Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

Ingredients

4 slices bacon, halved crosswise

1 Ib Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise

1 Tbsp melted butter

½ tsp kosher salt

Directions

1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.

2. Arrange bacon in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes or until crisp, flipping once. Remove to paper towels to drain; discard all but 1 Tbsp bacon fat.

3. In a small dish, combine bacon fat and butter and mix.

4. Place sprouts in a medium bowl, drizzle with the butter mixture and toss to coat.

5. Air fry for 8 minutes, then shake the basket or rearrange the sprouts. Air fry for another 4 to 8 minutes until the sprouts are tender and golden. Crumble bacon and sprinkle sprouts with salt and bacon.
