cold water + ice (to soak potatoes)

1 tsp oil spray

seasoning of choice (I used @danosseasoning chili lime)

Baking Time:

Oven - 450F for 12-15 mins

Airfryer - 400F for 10-12 mins

allow space for each chip with no overlap. Do two batches if necessary.
