MANAPUA - PORK BUNS

1-1/2 lb Ground Pork
1 Can Water Chestnuts, Chopped fine
4 Green Onions, Chopped fine
1 Pkg. Instant Char Sui Mix (Found in Oriental section)
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
3 Tbsp Water
4 to 5 Cans biscuits
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, water chestnuts, green onions, char sui mix, oyster sauce, cornstarch and water.
Blend together well and set aside
Flatten each biscuit, thinner at the edges.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of mixture in the center of biscuit.
Seal biscuit and place on a small square of wax paper.
Place on cookie sheet and brush each with butter.
Bake at 400F for 8 to 12 minutes.
Filling can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
