Hot Dog Bun French Toast

It’s BBQ season! Bring out the hot dog buns 🌭 Who knew hot dog buns would be so perfect for French toast! My favourite part about these is that they look like really thick mini slices of bread 🙊

They’re super soft and doughy and coated in cinnamon sugar 🤤 I also dipped mine in salted caramel sauce 🤌

All you need is:

For the French toast:

2 hot dog buns

2 large eggs

80ml milk (any)

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the coating:

3 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

If you want to make these savoury, just skip the vanilla and cinnamon sugar and serve with a savoury breakfast 🥰
