Cookies Sugar Cookie Icing
– 6 cups of powdered sugar
– 1/4 to 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1/4 cup light corn syrup
– 2 teaspoons almond extract
– Gel food coloring
– Combine sugar and 1/4 cup milk
– Mix until smooth
– Add milk as needed to create smooth, texture, 1 tablespoon at a time.
– Add almond extract, and corn syrup
– To decorate, icing should be the consistency of toothpaste.
– To flood, icing should be consistency of corn syrup.
– Add food coloring one drop at a time.
