Directions
For tortellini:
Cook Italian sausage in large skillet.
Sear tortellini in sausage grease with a little olive oil on medium heat.
Add 1.5 cup water to skillet, cover and cook until water evaporates.
Add spinach and heat until wilted.
For sauce:
Add 2 or so cups of heavy cream.
Add 2 parts Romano to 1 part Parmesan, grated or finely diced. Melt in heavy cream.
Add lots of course black pepper to cream sauce.
Add cooked tortellini mixture to sauce.
