Chicken: thighs or breast
Cornflakes
2 eggs
1 cup flour
Maple butter:
Maple syrup 1 cup 2 to 3 tbsp butter
Optional as 1 tosp crushed red pepper
Salad dressing
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Onion powder
Crushed red pepper
Chopped parsley
Directions
Maple butter:
In a medium low heat add butter garlic and maple syrup, mix well and lower heat add crushed red pepper if you'd like, reduce till it thickens.
Salad:
In a bowl add iceberg lettuce and any veggies you like.
In a container add all ingredients listed for the dressing.
Close and shake vigorously till a vinaigrette consistency is made. Pour over salad and enjoy
