Chipotle’s Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 1/2 Tbsp. honey

3 Tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1/2 Tbsp. salt

4 Tbsp. water

1/2 cup neutral oil (I used avocado oil)

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend till combined. Store in any airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
