People often ask me if I ever cook higher-calorie meals — and the answer is yes, mostly on weekends! The best part is that I usually make them myself instead of going out. Not only because I love cooking, but also because I enjoy trying new recipes to share with you.
All you need for this easy and delicious recipe (serves 2 people):
250g tagliatelle
250 cherry tomatoes
3 handfuls of baby spinach
½ red onion
4 tbsp passata
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Olive oil
250ml light cream
400ml vegetable (or chicken) broth
Parmesan cheese to taste
Put all the ingredients in a pan, cover, cook for 15–20 minutes, add Parmesan, mix, and enjoy! 😋
