High Protein Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup low fat cottage cheese

½ cup fat free sour cream or low fat greek yogurt

½ tsp dill, chopped

1 tsp parsley

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Water to thin out for consistency

Directions

Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add all other ingredients and blend (you can also pulse).

Serve in a mason jar or airtight container and enjoy!

Notes

Fresh herbs can be substituted for 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
