Big fat chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Wet ingredients:

1 cup - Salted butter (cold)

1 1/4 cups - brown sugar

1/4 cup - White sugar

2 - eggs

1 Plus egg yolk

Dry Ingredients:

3/4 cup - Regular flour

2 1/4 cups - cake flour

3/4 teaspoon - baking soda

3/4 teaspoon - baking powder

1 teaspoon - corn starch

Directions

In a bowl, combine the salted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together. In a mini bowl, mix the 2 eggs (mix one at a time) and the 1 egg yolk, then agh to the other wet ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine the regular flour, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and corn starch. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet Ingredients when done making the dry ingredient bowl.

Add in chocolate chips (or anything else you’d like) to taste.

Form into 6 massive fat round balls, then place on a tray with parchment paper and freeze for 90 minutes.

Bake at 350-375 °F for 20-25 minutes, then when done baking, let cool for about 15 minutes.
