1.Rub the salmon with garlic salt and black pepper, then marinate for half an hour.

2.Pan-fry the salmon, starting with the skin side, then sear each side until golden brown.

3.Without washing the pân, sauté minced garlic and onions until fragrant.

4.Add button mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms, stirring until softened. @alw

6.Season with a pinch of black pepper and a bit of oyster sauce.

7.Plate the rice as a base, place the salmon on top, and garnish with basil meaves and lemon slices.
