Brown Sugar Fudge Cake

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. soda

3/4 tsp. salt

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp. vanilla

3 eggs

2 squares chocolate

Directions

Mix flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Add 2/3 cup buttermilk and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Add rest of milk, eggs and chocolate. Beat another 2 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a loaf pan. (This is a nice moist cake.)
