Onion - 1 [diced]
Garlic - 2 [minced]
Water - 250ml
Tomatoes - 1 can (400g) [crushed]
Pasta - 500g
Red wine - 250ml
Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Basil - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Tunu - 2 cans
Cheese - 200g
Optional:
Milk or cream - 125ml
Directions
1. Saute onion & garlic
2. Deglaze with water
3. Add:
- Pasta
- Tuna
- Red wine
- Mixed herbs, basil & oregano
- Salt & pepper
- Crushed tomatoes
4. Pressure cook for 5m
5. QUICK RELEASE
6. Mix in cheese & optionally milk/cream
