Crab Cakes

Ingredients

1 Ib crab meat

1 large egg beaten:

1 tbsp mayo

1 tsp Old Bay

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 bread crumbs

1 tsp baking power

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix the egg (beaten), mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, baking powder, old bay, Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

Add the crab meat to the mixture. Mix gently with your hands to keep the crab meat clumpy. Then add the breadcrumbs and mix gently again.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

From into balls (do not flatten) and bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes.

Sear the cakes for 2 minutes on each side.

Garnish with lemon, orange, and dill.
