Brownie Protein Balls

Ingredients

2 cups walnuts

12 pitted medjool dates, softened (I like to soak in warm water for 5 minutes)

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

In a food processor, blend together walnuts and dates until well combined/a ball forms.

Add in protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, and blend again until well combined.

Roll into 20 balls. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for an hour or place in fridge for 4 hours before eating. Store in fridge or freezer!
