Poppy Seed Cake

1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 cup cooking oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup Cream Sherry
2 oz. poppy seed
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Mix on low speed briefly. Beat on medium – 1 minute more.
Scrape down sides, beat 1 minute.
Pour into well greased & floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes & turn on plate.
Freezes well.
