In a shaker, combine vodka, liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice.  Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.  Strain over fresh ice and garnish with some cotton candy.

Add one cup of vodka and an 8oz packet of cotton candy together & you’re done!
