16 ½ ounces sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/8-1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups fruit
1/2 cup jelly or jam (use a light flavor like apple or apricot)
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350⁰F.
Prepare a pizza pan by lightly greasing or spraying with baking spray.
Crumble cookie dough over the pizza pan and using your fingers, pat the dough into a 12-inch circle.
Bake the cookie crust in the preheated oven for 16 to 20 minutes or until it is golden brown and doesn’t look wet in the center.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
While the crust is cooling, make the cream cheese layer by combining the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the crust.
Top with fruit.
If using fruit pizza topping, Heat the jelly in a microwave for 15 to 30 seconds or until the jelly is liquid.
Use a pastry brush to coat the fruit with the melted jelly.
Pizza can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator until time to serve.
