Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 qt cranberries

1 pt water

1 pt granulated sugar

Directions

Wash cranberries in cold water.

Boil 2 cups water, add cranberries.

Bring back to a boil and cook, covered, for three to four minutes.

Press through sieve, or use ricer kitchenaid attachment.

Add 2 c granulated sugar to the strained juice.

Put back on heat and "let boil up once more" ie cook until thickened.

Pour into chilled mold, and when cool, put into the refrigerator overnight or until set.
