I can think of worse ways to eat 14 grams of fibre!! I’m just in love with the whole dessert and brunch thing. Lots of options here. The version in the book uses berries too. It’s basically a crumble with a crunch

Nutrition - 500 kcal (29P, 79C, 10F) + 14g fibre

250g of apples (sliced)

Juice of half an orange

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

100ml water

10g chia

30g oats

1 egg

10ml maple syrup

150g Greek yogurt (0%)

Stew the apple, orange juice, spices and water for 10 minutes on the hob. Remove from the heat and add the chia, adding more water if needed. Mix the oats, egg and maple. Then add the apple mix to a small baking tray and top with the oats mix. Bake for 15 minutes at 200C. Serve with yogurt | Filling Meals
