Aaron’s Crusty Potatoes

Ingredients

6 russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Chop potatoes into 1-2 inches chunks

Mix potatoes, olive oil and seasonings

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto a baking sheet covered in parchment. Dunk the face side down of each potato piece into the Parmesan cheese and spread out on the tray

Bake at 425 for 25-30 min until potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
