Homemade Marshmallow Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients

1 ½ tbsp gelatin

1/4 cup water

1 cup sugar

1/8 cup agave syrup

1/4 cup water

3/4 tsp vanilla

1/2 stick butter (melted)

1 cup sprinkles

5 cups rice krispies

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water to proof. Do this in a mixing bowl.

While it proofs, heat sugar, agave syrup, and water over stove. Allow to come to 240° without stirring.

Once the sugar reaches 240° pour it over the gelatin and beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Stop and add vanilla then, beat for a few more minutes.

Stir in melted butter.

Fold in rice krispies and sprinkles.

Press into a pan and wait for about 10 minutes then cut and serve.
