Ingredients

1.5 - 2lbs of pork butt or pork shoulder, separated into 4 equal chunks

1 inch of ginger, sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

4 tbsp lee kum kee char siu sauce

1 tbsp five spice powder

1 tsp white pepper powder

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

honey, to glaze

Directions

Cook at 400 for 15 min, taking out every 2-3 min to glaze
