Chocolate Chia Pudding

300g silken tofu
40g cocoa powder
50g peanut butter
30-60g maple syrup (depends on your sweetness preference)
125ml protein-fortified soy milk or dairy milk
30g chia seeds
Directions
Place tofu, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple and milk into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Add chia seeds and stir through, let it sit for 5 mins and stir again.
Then pour pudding equally between two jars and replace a lid on top.
Let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken up. Enjoy!
