Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 40g cocoa powder

  • 50g peanut butter

  • 30-60g maple syrup (depends on your sweetness preference)

  • 125ml protein-fortified soy milk or dairy milk

  • 30g chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place tofu, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple and milk into a food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Add chia seeds and stir through, let it sit for 5 mins and stir again.

  3. Then pour pudding equally between two jars and replace a lid on top.

  4. Let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken up. Enjoy!
