1 pound ground chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup chopped mushrooms
½ yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped green onion
½ cup chopped water chestnuts
Dash freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Brown ground chicken in a medium skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Add olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice wine vinegar, mushrooms, onion, green onion, water chestnuts, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper, and garlic salt and sauté, stirring often, until the onions are soft and translucent. Re- move from heat and serve in lettuce leaves. Serve as main dish or appetizer.
