Carrot Cake

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

3 cups grated carrots

FROSTING:

1 stick margarine

8 ounce package of cream cheese

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 box powdered sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Cake:

Cream together eggs, sugar, and oil.

Sift together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Add the flour to the creamed mixture.

Fold in grated carrots.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool them frost.

Frosting:

Mix the margarine, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the chopped nuts. Frost the cake.
