Healthy Banana Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or powdered peanut butter)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 banana, sliced

Nilla wafers, as many as you like (or any vanilla cookies)

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a cup, dish, or meal prep container, layer the yogurt mixture with sliced bananas and Nilla wafers, repeating until all ingredients are used.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld (overnight is even better!).

Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

Instead of vanilla wafers or Graham crackers, try toasted walnuts (chopped)
