Ingredients

2 bushel tomato sauce

Five large red pimento

Six medium onions

2 1/2 cloves of garlic

1 stock of celery

3 teaspoons of celery seed

2 teaspoons mustard seed

2 tablespoons whole allspice

3 sticks cinnamon

2 teaspoons whole cloves

3 cups vinegar white

2 tablespoons of salt

4 tablespoons paprika

Directions

Combine the celery seed, mustard seed, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves into a spice bag.

Stirring cook the ingredients until the volume goes down about half.

Add sugar the last hour and stir to avoid sticking.

Process pints.
