High Protein Cottage Cheese Breadsticks

I’ve tried the cottage cheese chips a few times with no luck! These actually work and I’ll be making them again for sure!

Ingredients, 1 batch (approx 14 sticks)

Cottage cheese, 1 cup, 250g

1 egg

Shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup, 55g

Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp

Sea salt, pinch

Optional dipping sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C, 375°F.

Blend or mix everything until smooth.

Pour onto baking paper and spread thin like a base.

Bake for 32–35 minutes until golden on top.

Let it cool slightly, then slice into sticks.
