2 tosp chopped cilantro

2 tbsp chopped parsley

½ tsp cumin

2 tbs chopped red chili peppers

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste

Cooking Method: Pan-fry/sear • Air-fry • Grill • Skewer • Bake • Broil

Serving Suggestion: Great with sweet corn, white

rice, and roasted potatoes.
