Eye Of Round Roast (Grandma’s Roast)

Ingredients

Eye of round roast

5lbs. potatoes, cubed

baby carrots

2c butter

salt

рepper

garlic

water

onions

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Put 2 glass pans in oven with 2 sticks ofbutter each

3. Rub roast with seasonings

4. once butter is melted, place a roast in each and spoon butter over them

5. Continue basting for about 2 hours

6. add potatoes, carrots, and onions (and water to cover all) and cook for another 2 hours
