Beef Lasagne Rolls

Ingredients

Lasagna Filling:

400g extra lean ground beef

2 tbsp tomato paste

1/8 cup (30mL) tomato sauce or tomato passata

1/4 cup (60g) 1% cottage cheese

1 tsp each: salt, garlic powder, oregano flakes

To assemble:

5 Simson’s Pantry High Protein Wraps

1/2 cup (60mL) tomato passata, divided

150g low-fat shredded mozzarella, divided (15g inside and 15g on top of each roll)

Calories per roll: 375

Pro: 42g, Carb: 13g, Fat: 15g

Directions

Season and cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium heat for around 6 minutes.

Assemble the lasagna rolls: wrap, sauce, filling, cheese. Spray generously with no-calorie spray and place seam-side down on an air fryer rack. Top with more sauce and cheese.

Air fry for around 10 minutes at 200C or 400°F.

I put mine in a pan under the grill on high for 8 minutes instead of the air fryer.
