Cocoa Fudge

2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1/16 tsp cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Blend all ingredients.
Place over low heat.
Stir until boiling.
Do not stir.
Boil to soft boil.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.
When candy no longer hot, beat until loses its glaze.
Add to buttered pan and cut in squares.
Better if kneaded after too stiff to beat.
