Teriyaki Sauce (marinade for meat or poultry)

Ingredients

1/3 c soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 c saki or dry sherry

1 tbsp minced ginger root

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
