200g Plain All Purpose Flour (not all of this gets used - approximately 10g - 15g sticks to each tender)
100g Potato Starch (not all of this gets used - approximately 5g - 8g sticks to each tender)
Season Flour With Same Seasonings Above
1 Cup Sparkling Water/Soda Water
Honey Garlic Sauce:
4 Minced Garlic Cloves
80ml Low Sodium Soy Sauce
80ml Water
10g Minced Ginger
40g Honey
1 Tsp Potato Starch Mixed With Water
Parsley Flakes (optional)
