Upside Down Keto Low Carb Pizza

1 pound Italian sausage, cooked
9 large slices of pepperoni
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 shredded mozzarella
8 slices mozzarella
6 ounces shredded Parmesan
Red pepper flakes
Italian seasoning grated Parmesan
Parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place the pepperoni on the bottom of a greased cast iron pan. Top with the sliced peppers. Add cooked Italian sausage. Drizzle with pizza sauce, use a brush to spread the sauce evenly over the meat. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Add green onions and olives. Next place the slices of mozzarella to cover. Lastly sprinkle with the shredded Parmesan.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and golden.
