Gingerbread Baked Oats

Ingredients

40g oats

100g apple

150g greek yogurt (0%)

2 medium eggs

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

20g black treacle

Just mix everything together and bake for 30 minutes at 200C. Only way to mess it up is too much baking powder. The extra moisture from the apple allows you to bake it fully without getting too dry.
