Ingredients

2 lbs 80/20 ground beef

3 Cutdacarb Flatbreads

14 slices cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sugar free ketchup

1/4 cup yellow mustard

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

Burger Sauce

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup sugar, free BBQ sauce

Directions

Combine ground beef with ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Press ground beef mixture onto a cutdacarb flatbread. It should be a very thin even layer edge to edge. Then Top with sliced cheese and repeat this two more times stacking each layer on top of each other..

Cut the flatbreads across so you have five even pieces then stack them up and secure them with wooden skewers so that you have six skewers. Cut in between the skewers, then transfer them to an air fryer or sheet pan..

Spray with a little bit of cooking oil, then air fry or bacon in the oven for 15 minutes at 350° or until the center of the cure reaches 155°

For the burger sauce, just whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
