Bang Bang Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (cut into cubes)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

½ tsp paprika

Bang Bang Sauce:

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp honey

1 tsp lime juice

Directions

Preheat oven to **200°C (400°F)**.

Season salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Bake **10–12 minutes** until cooked.

Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.

Toss baked salmon in the sauce or drizzle on top.
